Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If an item you ordered from Parkwell's Floral Designs, Inc. does not meet your expectations, simply follow the instructions below to return it either to our store or by mail within 7 days of receiving it.

Items must be returned in new condition with the original packaging, including your receipt or packing slip. All pre-packaged items must be returned unopened. If you don't have your receipt, your return is eligible only for an in–store credit. Any return without a receipt is subject to verification, and may be refused. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method, or a store credit provided in the amount of the refund. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Custom–ordered and custom–assembled pieces are made and/or assembled to your specifications, so are only returnable for modification if you are not satisfied with item, but are non-refundable.

Before returning items by mail, please email returns-dept@parkwells.com and request a Return Authorization Number (RA#), indicating the reason for your return. Items returned without an RA# will not be accepted. You will be notified via email with your RA# and any special shipping instructions. Items should be returned using their original shipping carton and packing materials (unless otherwise instructed) to the address provided to you in this email.

If you were sent the wrong or a defective product, we will send a replacement and issue a credit for all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees you incurred to return the product. If you return only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for the per-item shipping fee for the item you returned and not the per-shipment fee. If the product was not defective or the wrong item shipped, you are responsible for all shipping charges. Be sure to obtain an RA# prior to returning any item.

All shipments are insured by the shipping company. If you receive items that were damaged in transit, you should contact the shipping company (USPS, UPS, FedEx) for instructions on submitting a claim for the damaged item(s).
